An 11 page arrest report lays out stalking allegations against a Bryan man who was already in jail on charges of violating probation after pleading guilty to violating a protection order against another woman.
According to the Bryan police arrest report, 37 year old Blake Joffron is accused of making 29 calls that were not answered by the stalking victim and leaving 21 voice messages on the victim’s phone.
He is also accused of posting fake profiles and messages on Facebook and Snapchat.
And the victim says he came to her home without permission and called her place of employment.
All this started after she ended a two month relationship after he questioned her contact with her guy friends.
Joffron is in jail in lieu of a $100,000 dollar bond on the stalking charge, and another $100,000 dollar bond for having cocaine in his house.
He is also held without bond on the probation violation charge following his plea last February to violating a protection order five times.
While he was sentenced to ten years in prison, Joffron was given five years of probation.
Prosecutors claim he has not performed 200 hours of community service and has failed to provide 343 drug test samples during a nine month period.
