Brazos County District Court Plea Agreement Comes Four Years After The First Of Four Felony Crimes

More than four years after a College Station man was arrested for the first of four felony crimes…three involving weapons charges…a plea agreement has been reached with the Brazos County district attorney’s office.

30 year old Davor Dizdarevic was sentenced to a total of ten years for threatening a woman with a gun, breaking into a College Station home where the victim told police almost $16,000 dollars of guns and electronics were taken, selling a stolen assault rifle to an uncover College Station police officer, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Dizdarevic was ordered to pay restitution of $2,500 dollars, and he has no right to appeal the plea agreement.
