The Golf Channel’s Ryan Lavner reports that Texas A&M has hired USC’s Andrea Gaston to be its next head women’s coach.

Gaston has spent 22 years with the Lady Trojans, leading them to 3 NCAA titles (2003, 2008 and 2013) and 5 individual championships.

She replaces Trelle McCombs, who was let go after 11 seasons with the Aggies.

The Maroon & White finished 13th at the SECs in 2017-18 and were eliminated in the regional round of the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive year.
