An ATV crash Tuesday afternoon killed one person and injured two others.
According to the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office news release, deputies responded to private property at the end of Millican Creek Trails around 3:30 p.m.
Investigators believe the ATV was traveling at a high rate of speed and rolled onto its side while making a turn.
The driver, 21 year-old Donald Harless, died at the scene. The other two passengers received minor injuries.

On June 19, 2018, at approximately 3:29 pm, the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office responded to a major accident on private property at the end of Millican Creek Trails.
Upon arrival, first responders found that the accident involved an all-terrain vehicle (ATV).
Through investigation of the accident, it was found that there were three occupants on the ATV at the time of the accident.
Investigators believe the ATV was traveling at a high rate of speed and rolled onto its side while making a turn.
The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the other two occupants received minor injuries.
The name of the deceased is being withheld at this time pending notification of family members.
