Bryan Police Arrest Six Men On Prostitution Charges

Last Friday, the prostitution website Backpage was shut down by federal authorities.

The same day, Bryan police arrested six men on prostitution charges.

The suspects were arrested by undercover officers at the Quality Inn and Days Inn motels. across the freeway from Sam Rayburn school.

The men, who range in age from 21 to 63 and live in Bryan, College Station, and Navasota, are all out of jail after posting bond.

Update and clarification: The men are accused of going to the the motel rooms and offering to pay between 20 dollars in crack cocaine to 110 dollars cash for illegal services.

51 year old Anthony Jackson of Bryan is accused of offering to pay $20 dollars in crack cocaine.

32 year old John Johnson of Bryan is accused of offering to pay $40 dollars cash.

40 year old William Dixon of Bryan is accused of offering to pay $50 dollars cash.

37 year old Richard Kasper of College Station is accused of offering to pay $60 dollars cash.

63 year old Charlie Woods of Navasota is accused of offering to pay $60 dollars cash.

21 year old Orlando Ramirez-Carlos of Bryan out on bond accused of offering to pay $110 dollars cash.
