Bryan Planning & Zoning Commission Recommends Changes In Residential Conservation District Regulations

Public complaints going back six years to what were considered loopholes in a Bryan housing ordinance have been addressed by the planning and zoning commission.

The advisory body at its last meeting unanimously approved changes affecting Bryan’s residential conservation neighborhood districts…which among other things restricts the number of unrelated occupants in a home to two.

P&Z member John Bush says the changes accomplish what needs to be done at this time.

The city council, which directed P&Z to consider changes last month, expected to consider the revisions at the end of August.
