Women’s Golf Shoots 301 in NCAA Bryan Regional Second Round

BRYAN- The sixth-seeded Texas A&M women’s golf team shot a 13-over 301 in the second of three rounds at the NCAA Bryan Regional. The Aggies are in 12thplace at 17-over par for the tournament at Traditions Club.

Maddie Szeryk led the Aggies on their par 72 / 6,373-yard home course on Friday, shooting an even par 72. Szeryk sits in a tie for 25th at 145 (+1) for the tournament.

Callie Scheffler is at 149 (+5) for the tournament after a 76 (+4) on Friday. She is tied for 50th, and is one stroke ahead of teammate Bianca Fabrizio at 150 (+6). Fabrizio shot a second-round 79 (+7) and is in a tie for 56th.

Thanya Pattamakijsakul bounced back with a second-round 74 (+2), and is at 152 (+8), tied for 64th. Andrea Jonama shot a 79 (+7) and is tied for 75th at 154 (+10) for the tournament.

The Aggies tee off for the third and final round of the NCAA Bryan Regional starting at 8 a.m. on Friday.
