CSPD Looking for Two Suspects in Armed Robbery

On Monday, November 9, 2015, at approximately 2357 hours, officers responded to the 1200 block of Dexter Drive South for a report of a robbery. There are three roommates living at the residence. The first victim reported 2 suspects, both brandishing firearms, entered the residence and held him at gunpoint in his bedroom. One of the suspects stayed with the first victim in his bedroom while the second suspect went into another roommate’s bedroom. When the second suspect entered this bedroom he made noise and woke up the roommate. The roommate got into a brief struggle with the suspect and during the struggle the suspect fired a round from his firearm. The round lodged into the bedroom wall. The two suspect’s then fled the area on foot with some of the resident’s property. The third roommate was sleeping during the offense and woke up during the struggle over the firearm and subsequent fired round. Officers were on scene very quickly and searched the area but were unsuccessful in locating the suspects. No one was injured during the offense.

The suspects are described as follows:

#1 Black Male, 20-30 years of age, 5’8” – 5’10”, slender build, black beanie, black bandana covering his face, white t-shirt, black long sleeve shirt underneath the white shirt, dark jeans

#2 Black Male, 20-30 years of age, 5’8” – 5’10”, slender build, black beanie, black bandana covering his face, white t-shirt, black long sleeve shirt underneath the white shirt, dark jeans
