A Brazos County district court jury that convicted 52 year old Milton Crawford then sentenced him to 85 years.
Crawford was required to make the annual report after he sexually assaulted a 19 year old woman in her College Station apartment 30 years ago.
A news release from the district attorney’s office stated the victim returned to court and recounted the 30 minute attack where she said she believed Crawford was going to kill her.
The victim had let Crawford, a stranger, into her apartment to use the phone.
Crawford had been in jail for almost two years on the latest charge along with an arrest warrant from Travis County where he was accused of an aggravated robbery.
