Alleged Car Burglars Nabbed

A traffic stop near the intersection of Wellborn Road and Holleman led to two arrests early Tuesday morning.

Officers became suspicious when they noticed a purse under the seat in a car containing two men, Brandon Gonzalez, 22, and Jackson Perez, 20, both of Bryan.

Police report that additional property was discovered which had been taken from more than one car burglary last night.

Case Number: 13-000792

 0430 AM:  On January 22, 2013 at approximately 0100 hours an Officer with the College Station Police Department initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of FM 2154 and Holleman Drive W.

Upon contact with the occupants of the vehicle, the Officer noted that there was a purse partially concealed under the passenger seat.

Further investigation led the Officer to find the two occupants to be in possession of property from two burglary or motor vehicle offenses.

These burglaries occurred just prior to the vehicle being stopped.

Arrested and charged with two counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle were:

Jackson Perez a 20 year old Bryan Resident

Brandon Gonzalez a 22 year old Bryan Resident
