44 Local High School Seniors Graduating After Successful Appeals

44 seniors at high schools in College Station and Bryan who failed one or two state mandated end of course exams made successful appeals through local committees in order to graduate and participate in commencement exercises.

College Station ISD reported eight seniors who appealed all passed and participated in last Friday’s commencement programs.

Bryan ISD reported a total of 36 students who appealed all passed. Eight from Bryan High, six from Rudder, and 22 from Mary Catherine Harris were tested by a committee composed of the teacher of the course where the student failed the end of course exam, a principal, a counselor, and their parents.

For the first time, Bryan ISD is offering a live webstream of all four commencement programs.
