The Bryan ISD Education Foundation, Bryan ISD and the City of Bryan have announced its 2014 Hall of Honor inductees.
Foundation executive director Sandra Davis says the group will be inducted August 16 during a banquet at Miramont Country Club. The guest speaker is Baylor University President and Chancellor Ken Starr. Ticket information will be announced in May.

This year’s inductees are:
E. Glen Brewer, Bryan High School, 1977, Senior Vice President/Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at American Momentum Bank.
Tim Bryan, SFA High School, 1968, Chairman of the Board & CEO, The Bank & Trust of Bryan/College Station.
JoAnn Locke, SFA High School, 1949, Retired educator, Bryan ISD and Texas A&M.
Leah Matthews, Bryan High School, 1989, Physician, Texas Children’s Pediatrics.
M. Bookman Peters, SFA High School, 1951, Chairman and CEO of former First City Bank of Bryan.
Pat Allen Rice, SFA High School, 1955, Owner, Allen Honda.
Cherry Ruffino, SFA High School, 1971, Real Estate agent, Coldwell Bankers United Realtors.
Michael Sis, Bryan High School, 1978, Bishop, Diocese of San Angelo.
Individuals were selected for this honor based on their achievements, strength of character and citizenship and are considered models who inspire and challenge today’s students.
Hall of Honor nomination categories include Arts/Humanities, Business/Industry, Community Service, Education, Public Service, Recreation/Athletics, and Special Recognition.
