Drivers With Past Convictions For DWI And Driving Without A Valid License Arrested Again

A College Station woman is accused of violating court supervision agreements on two drunk driving convictions. The Brazos County attorney’s office filed motions to revoke following a DWI arrest by Texas A&M police last December. 56 year old Jodi Rehwinkel is also accused of entering businesses where the sale of alcoholic beverages are the main source of revenue and driving a vehicle that is not equipped with a breath analysis device. Rehwinkel is free on a $6,000 dollar bond from the DWI arrest, and her promise to make court appearances on the charges of violating probation from the two prior DWI convictions.

A Bryan woman convicted five times for driving without a valid license and is awaiting trial on a sixth charge, is out of jail following her arrest on a seventh count. According to the Bryan police arrest report, a motorcycle officer on Monday morning clocked a SUV going 45 in a 30 mile per hour zone. 30 year old Amber Gibbs is free after posting a $2,000 dollar bond.
