11 Brazos County Sheriff’s Office Awards Presentations Underway With Pandemic Precautions

Brazos County sheriff Chris Kirk says 11 awards presentations have started with taking precautions due to the pandemic.

Attendance is limited, and those who are there have their face covered.

After that, pictures are taken with the sheriff and the recipient are at least six feet apart.

The first award was a life saving award to detention officer Juan Lozano for saving the life of an inmate who was choking.
