A Bryan woman is in jail for the 36th time. 52-year-old Kesha Latrice Jenkins was arrested Friday after shoplifting at the West Bryan Walmart.

Police were called to the store in the 600 block of North Harvey Mitchell Parkway around noon, after receiving a call of a theft in progress. The store’s asset protection team said a woman on a motorized scooter was placing items into a handbag.
