At the time of his latest arrest, Perry was out on bond following an arrest last Tuesday for evading arrest, two arrests in June on six charges, and a May arrest for assaulting a family member. And he is awaiting trial on a felony theft charge from 2019. Perry remained in jail Monday afternoon in lieu of bonds on the new charges totaling $66,000 dollars.
