The BPD arrest report says officers listening to a call made by the driver from jail led to going to her truck and seizing 84 sheets of paper. The driver, 25 year old Dianne Hutson of Trinity, remains held in lieu of a $75,000 dollar bond on the identity theft charge.
A College Station man was booked in the Brazos County jail last Saturday (June 7) after his arrest for illegal use of a credit card. The College Station police arrest report says 26 year old Markeylon Ealy was working at a fast food restaurant last March when he took a card that a customer had left on the counter. The arrest report says several illegal transactions that were made included charging a $205 dollar bottle of alcohol on the same day the card was taken. Ealy of College Station told officers he gave the card to management before leaving work, but he could not remember the name of the manager. Ealy is out of jail after posting a $15,000 dollar bond.
