UPDATE: Two Arrests, One At Large After Victims of Armed Robbery Report Incident The Following Day

Update:

A man accused of committing an armed robbery while not wearing a shirt…exposing what was described as a distinctive tattoo on his chest…was found while receiving medical treatment after he was arrested for public intoxication.

23 year old Colton Bailey…who had the tattoo…and 21 year old Joshua Terrell are two of three men accused of robbing two men last Thursday night.

Seven hours after the holdup, police made the public intoxication arrest and took Bailey and Terrell to an emergency room for medical treatment.

After an officer noticed Bailey’s tattoo, one of the victims picked Bailey out of a photo lineup.

According to the arrest report, Bailey used a 22 caliber rifle to threaten two roommates at their home north of Holleman and Cain.

A search of the suspects car found the rifle and the victim’s garage door opener, which were taken along with the victim’s drivers licenses, two laptops, a backpack, and other property.

The third suspect remains at large.

On 07/01/16, a male came to the police department to report that the previous evening, at about 1900 hours, he and his roommate had been the victims of an aggravated robbery.

The man reported that he and his roommate had come home to their residence in the 3500 block of Haverford Rd., College Station, to find two unknown black males in their residence.

The reporting victim said that one of the suspects was armed with a rifle and handgun.

The suspects threatened the victims and then took personal property from the residence.

The reporting victim said that the suspects then forced the victims to drive around with them in the victim’s vehicle before returning to the residence.

The suspects then fled in another unknown vehicle.

The victims were not injured.

The suspects were described as two black males between 18 and 25 years of age.

This case has been turned over to the Criminal Investigation Division for further investigation. Anyone with information please contact the College Station Police Department at 979-764-3600.
