A Brazos County sheriff’s arrest report describes a deputy patrolling Highway 6 at nine in the morning on Wednesday (July 23) near the Westward Ho exit south of College Station coming upon a car in the left lane going five miles per hour and with an altered temporary tag.

After the car pulled over, the deputy approached the driver and noticed the odor of marijuana.

That led to searching inside the car and finding a backpack with several baggies containing cocaine with an estimated street value of $4,000 dollars.

That led to the arrest of the driver, 33 year old Josh Marchall-Robinson from Wichita Kansas, for felony possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

As of July 25, Robinson remains jailed in lieu of bonds totaling $28,000 dollars.
