A Bryan man’s reaction to hearing his girlfriend say she was ending their relationship has admitted to multiple charges. As part of a plea agreement with the Brazos County district attorney’s office, Logan McMann will have to do at least nine years in prison as part of an 18 year sentence. That’s after the October 2014 assault of the woman in their home east of Bryan, breaking into a neighbor’s house where the victim had fled after the attack, and threatening the neighbor.
A Bryan man has admitted to firing a gun at five children and their mother because the kids were disrespecting him. The district attorney’s office says a jury sentenced 19 year old Robert Luna to ten years in prison. In addition to the gunfire in October of 2014, the jury also heard Luna was arrested two weeks ago by Bryan police for possessing marijuana and ammunition.
A judge decided on punishment for a Bryan man who admitted to breaking into a neighbor’s home in February 2013 and taking electronics. When 38 year old Celso Sifuentes III was arrested, he was on probation for breaking into a home in Robertson County. He was sentenced to ten years in prison. According to prosecutors, the victim’s family had to move due to being harrassed by Sifuentes family.
