Three Hallettsville Men Arrested By College Station Police On Vehicle Burglary Charges

College Station police arrest three men from the south Texas town of Hallettsville on charges of committing two vehicle burglaries in one of the apartment complexes near Holleman and FM 2818.

Last Friday during the midnight hour, officers responded to two reports of a man opening door handles of suspicious vehicles.

One officer stopped the suspect’s SUV for having a defective brake light.

A search of the SUV after the officer saw marijuana in plain sight resulted in finding stolen property that included an electric guitar and a laptop.

According to the arrest report, all three admitted to the break ins.

Out of jail after posting bonds are 18 year old Christian Gonzales, 19 year old Conrad Powell, and 20 year old Cameron McAfee.
