Texas A&M Women’s Golf Announces 2026 Fall Schedule

News release from Texas A&M Athletics:

Texas A&M women’s golf announced its fall schedule for the 2026-27 campaign Friday highlighted by four elite tournaments.

The Aggies begin the season at the Folds of Honor Collegiate at American Dunes Golf Club Sept. 7-9. Last year, the Maroon & White won the Folds of Honor in Grand Haven, Michigan, to start the 2025-26 campaign. They went on to go undefeated in stroke play during the fall portion of the season.

Texas A&M then takes on the Golfweek Red Sky Classic (Sept. 21-23) in Wolcott, Colorado, and The Fin (Oct. 19-21) in Fairfield, Texas.

Completing the fall for the Aggies is the Nanea Invitational (Oct. 26-28) in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Earlier this summer, it was announced that Texas A&M would compete in a first-of-its-kind LPGA-NCAA crossover event at the Nanea Cup (March 11-14). Both tournaments will be held at the Nanea Golf Club.

The Maroon & White secured its second ever No. 1 seed at an NCAA Regional and won a program-record tying five tournaments. The Aggies return all but one golfer from last year’s team and added two top-10 recruits in the 2026 class.

All-Americans Vanessa Borovilos and Cayetana Fernandez Garcia-Poggio lead the team behind sixth-year head coach Gerrod Chadwell. Borovilos and Fernández García-Poggio are both ranked inside the top 30 on the World Amateur Golf Ranking and were selected to the 2026 All-SEC First Team.

The remainder of the spring schedule will be announced at a later date.
