Texas A&M Wide Receiver Mario Craver Named to Phil Steele Preseason All-America Team

Texas A&M wide receiver Mario Craver was named to the Phil Steele Preseason All-America Second Team, the outlet announced Wednesday.

Craver was a 2025 Biletnikoff Award semifinalist and earned FWAA All-America Second Team and All-SEC Third Team honors as a junior. He ranked sixth in the SEC with 917 receiving yards on 59 receptions and four touchdowns. He also added 81 rushing yards on 11 carries with one touchdown.

The Birmingham, Alabama, native recorded three 100-plus yard receiving games, highlighted by the program’s first 200-yard receiving performance in a road game at Notre Dame. His 207 receiving yards and 86-yard touchdown reception against the Fighting Irish were the highest single-game totals in the FBS against an Associated Press Top 25 opponent in 2025.

Texas A&M opens the 2026 season hosting Missouri State at Kyle Field on Sept. 5 at 6 p.m. on ESPN.
