News release from Texas A&M Athletics:
BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M volleyball team unveiled its 2025 spring volleyball slate featuring seven matches spread over four dates, including two at Reed Arena.
“This is the most competitive spring schedule we have had in my time here,” head coach Jamie Morrison said. “We’re excited for our new group to compete together versus some great competition. We set up these matches to challenge our team and allow us to test ourselves to continue to build upon what we accomplished last season and the work we have put in this spring.”
Following a run to the Sweet 16 and the largest season win total since 2019, the Aggies begin their prep for the 2025 campaign in front of the 12th Man with a Maroon & White scrimmage at Reed Arena Wednesday, April 2, set for a 7:30 p.m. first serve.
Remaining in Aggieland, A&M closes its home fixtures with a round robin where it will face a pair of 2024 NCAA Tournament teams in TCU and SMU, Saturday, April 5, at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., respectively.
Hitting the road, the Maroon & White play a doubleheader in Waco Saturday, April 12, as they face Baylor at 11 a.m. and Rice at 1:30 p.m.
The Aggies wrap the spring slate in Dallas, Saturday, April 26, where they open their day versus LSU at 3 p.m. and face SMU for the second time in the semester at 8 p.m.
