News release from Texas A&M Athletics:

Texas A&M softball’s Scout Lovell was named to the SEC Community Service Team, the league announced Tuesday morning.

Lovell has set the standard for service within the Texas A&M softball program, leading the team in total community service hours across a wide range of initiatives throughout the year. Her commitment has been especially evident through extensive involvement with AggiesCAN and the SARC Toiletries Drive, where she has dedicated significant time supporting peers and advocating for critical campus and community needs.

In addition to those efforts, Lovell has been an active participant in Aggie Athlete Sports Day, Revved Up to Read, Sports Fest, SAAC Trick or Treat, The 12th Can and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

The honor marks Lovell’s second consecutive selection to the SEC Softball Community Service Team.
