Texas 10th Court of Appeals Hearing Cases At Blinn’s Bryan Campus Wednesday

The Texas 10th Court of Appeals returns to the Blinn College Bryan campus to hear cases on Wednesday.

The public is invited to watch any of the four appeals. Two civil and one criminal case originated in Brazos County and one civil case originated in Robertson County.

The appearance, hosted by Blinn’s legal assistant program, will take place in the Bryan student center. The cases will be heard Wednesday at 10 and 11 a.m. and at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m.

After the 11 a.m. case is argued, there will be a brief period for questions from the public to the justices.

It is the fourth consecutive year the appeals court, based in Waco, has come to the Blinn-Bryan campus to conduct hearings.

No video or audio recordings or photographs will be allowed in the courtroom while court is in session.
