Searching For The Dog That Bit a College Station Man

On March 17, 2015 College Station Animal Control received report of an animal bite that occurred in the area of 3405 Treeline Dr at approximately 1540 hrs that date. The victim, a 22 year old College Station male, was outside with his dog when he observed a large dog run at him.

As the victim’s dog was being attacked by the other dog the victim attempted to protect his dog and was bit while doing so by the attacking dog.

The victim was able to describe the dog as being large in size, approximately eighty to one hundred pounds. The victim described it as being brown and black in color, with a long coat of hair. The victim was unable to describe the possible owner.

College Station Animal Control is asking for the public’s help in locating this dog. The dog needs to be placed into quarantine to rule out any rabies exposure to the victim.
