Sampling Of Phone Calls Bryan Police Is Fielding Related To Shelter In Place

Bryan police officers are fielding some interesting phone calls, asking about the city of Bryan’s shelter in place order.

Officer Kelley McKethan says several people have asked if there is a requirement to have a special permit or pass to drive.

BPD has also fielded calls from out of town, asking if they are still allowed to move to Bryan.

McKethan says the purpose of Bryan’s shelter in place is to limit travel to essential needs. And when you go out, practice social distancing.
