REPORT: Texas, Oklahoma eyeing move to SEC

Texas and Oklahoma are reportedly interested in jumping from the Big 12 Conference to the Southeastern Conference.

The story was first reported by Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle, who cites a high-ranking college official with knowledge of the situation.

The official says an announcement could come in a “couple of weeks”.

The Longhorns and Sooners are both original members of the Big 12, which was formed in 1996.
