Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been fined $25,000 by the NFL for his comments regarding the officiating in last Sunday’s playoff loss to San Francisco.
Prescott gave credit to fans at AT&T Stadium for throwing objects at the refs following the game.
The Cowboys lost to the 49ers, 23-17, with the last play coming on a Prescott scramble into San Francisco territory. Dallas attempted to spike the ball and stop the clock for a desperation Hail Mary, but Prescott collided with an official and was unable to get the snap off in time.
