One Man Charged With Evading Arrest With Multiple Convictions And Another Man Admits In Court To Evading With Multiple Convictions Four Times

A Navasota man who ran away from a Bryan police officer and a private investigator while in handcuffs last Thursday (March 20) was caught the following night. 21 year old Tony Bolden is held without bond on a warrant from Waller County charging him with evading arrest. A second warrant was issued in Brazos County on a charge of failing to identify himself. And Bolden faces a new charge of evading with prior convictions in Brazos and Grimes counties. Bonds in the Brazos County cases totals $110,000 dollars.

A College Station man appears in Brazos County district court and admitted to four counts of felony evading arrest with prior convictions and two felony thefts. Online court records show a plea agreement between 51 year old Reginald Webber and the district attorney’s office includes a ten year prison sentence for the six felony crimes that took place between 2018 and 2023.
