No. 12 Texas A&M Men’s Tennis Hosts South Carolina and Kentucky

News release from Texas A&M Athletics:

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The No. 12 Texas A&M men’s tennis team opens a weekend at home versus No. 26 South Carolina Friday, March 28, with a 6:00 p.m. first serve at the Mitchell Tennis Center.

The Aggies (14-5, 7-1 SEC) are looking to extend their seven-match winning streak after an undefeated weekend on the road against Vanderbilt and Ole Miss.

The Maroon & White boast four players undefeated in conference action, graduate Matthis Ross, senior Alan Magadan, junior Togan Toakc and freshman Theo Papamalamis.

South Carolina’s (13-5, 7-2 SEC) two conference losses have come from road matches against Kentucky and Mississippi State. In the team’s most recent meeting last March, the Aggies defeated the Gamecocks in Columbia, 4-3. Seniors Luke Casper and Giulio Perego claimed singles points against the Commodores.
