Navasota River Landowners Invited To A Wednesday Meeting About Lake Limestone Water Releases

Navasota River landowners and agricultural producers are invited to participate in a meeting Wednesday afternoon to discuss flooding when water releases are made from Lake Limestone.

The organizer of the meeting, Brazos County commissioner Russ Ford, says he wants to help producers who experience significant losses.

Ford has invited officials of the Brazos River Authority to explain the water releases and consider ways to reduce or stop river flooding.
