Mother and Son Sought in Latest CS Dog Bite Incident

News release from College Station Police:

On 11/3/14, College Station Animal Control received a report of an animal bite that occurred around 5:50 pm the same day in the 800 block of San Pedro.

A white male was taking out his garbage and noticed a white male child with dirty blonde hair walking a yellow lab mix dog.

The dog began barking at the victim, pulled the child off his feet, and ran to and bit the victim on the leg.

The child’s mother, a white female possibly with curly brown/gray hair, was some distance behind the child and walking two smaller mixed breed dogs. The victim believes the mother may have been approximately 5’4” tall.

College Station Animal Control is asking for help from the public in locating the dog in the bite.

The dog needs to be located and observed to rule out possible rabies exposure to the victim. If you have any information about this case, please call (979)764-3600.
