An altercation over an attempted dog bite landed two College Station women in jail over the weekend.
Police arrested Jasimine McCan and her mother, Patricia Brown on charges of aggravated assault.
That’s after officers responded Saturday night to the Woodway mobile home park across Texas Avenue from the Wal-Mart.
Investigators found the suspects at their trailer with Brown washing blood off a tire iron. Police also found a metal chain witnesses said was used by McCan.
The victim was taken to The Med for treatment of head injuries.
The attack followed a verbal altercation where the victim said McCan’s dog nearly bit her friend.
