There’s at least one candidate for each of the vacancies in this November’s Bryan City Council election.
Filing Tuesday was Steve Ramirez, who is seeking the third district seat that will be vacated by Chuck Konderla. Konderla, who moved out of the district, plans to run for the at-large council post that will be open because Mike Southerland retires because of term limits. Also seeking the at-large seat is former mayor Lloyd Joyce.
In College Station, two current school board members have filed for re-election. They are Paul Dorsett in place one and Carol Barrett in place four.
