James Benham is seeking the place four position that is held by Katy-Marie Lyles, who has said she is not running for re-election. John Nichols has filed for the place six seat held by Dave Ruesink, who is not allowed to run due to term limitations.

And a reminder for College Station residents that the last public hearing on eight proposed changes to the city charter is Thursday night. If approved by the council that will be part of the November ballot.
