Men From League City And College Station Return To The Brazos County Jail On New Charges

A man from League City, south of Houston, returns to the Brazos County jail for the second time in six months. That’s after Bryan police patrolling in the downtown area after the bars closed Sunday morning ) June 28 were flagged down by a woman who said she was hit in the face with the muzzle of the man’s handgun. BPD arrest reports also say the man threatened officers and the woman. And there were three arrest warrants. One was related to an arrest in December 2025 for endangering a child and two warrants were for undisclosed charges from Bryan municipal court. 22 year old Nickolaus Victoria remains in jail as of June 30 in lieu of bonds totaling $95,000 dollars on new charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, retaliation, and giving a false name.

A College Station man who in February 2025 was sentenced to 12 months in a state jail after admitting to stealing three guns returns to the Brazos County jail for the tenth time since December of 2022. 20 year old Andrerious Walker was arrested following a search of his home by the College Station police SWAT team. Officers found just under two ounces of marijuana, one THC vape cartridge, and two handguns…one of which was reported stolen. CSPD arrest reports do not say if the SWAT team had any issues when they entered the four plex on Longmire near Brothers and Airline to execute a search warrant. Walker is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $27,000 dollars on charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a gun by a convicted felon, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
