Man Arrested For Inappropriate Video at Kyle Field

A man was arrested at Saturday’s Texas A&M football game after police say he was inappropriately recording women with his cellphone.

A Bryan police officer working an off-duty assignment on the third deck was approached by a woman who said she saw a man taking video up the skirt of another woman.

Arrest records say police witnessed 61-year-old Manuel Salazar Ramirez raising his cellphone over his shoulder and pointing towards a woman standing on an elevated ramp. They made Ramirez show them his phone and they were able to identify the victim who said she wished to press charges.

University Police confiscated his phone as evidence and arrested him for Invasive Visual Recording. He being held in the Brazos County Jail on $15,000 bond.

This is Ramirez’s 26th booking into the jail. His previous arrests include public intoxication, burglary, possession of marijuana, and DWI.
