Long Prison Term for Possessing Child Porn

A College Station man is headed to prison for 80 years for a long list of illegal sexual activity.

25 year old Justin Davis was convicted six weeks ago by a Brazos County District Court jury of 25 counts of possessing child pornography.

Following a two and a half day sentencing hearing, Judge Travis Bryan ordered the maximum 20 year term. The judge then stacked four of the 25 counts, meaning Davis will serve each sentence one at a time.

Prosecutors brought up Davis had over 900 images of child pornography on his computer along with hundreds of homemade videos where Davis followed young girls shopping in local stores, participating in athletics, and swimming in local pools.

Sheriff’s officers testified to problems Davis caused while in jail, including possession of a weapon while in isolation. And neighbors testified they were threatened by Davis when they tried to stop him from kicking and hitting dogs.

After the prison term…if Davis is alive…Judge Bryan ordered ten years probation.
