A Bryan man arrested twice in the last two months for drug possession is headed to prison from two older cases.

31 year old Guadalupe Cocino entered a plea agreement where he will serve 17 years for five convictions.

The crimes are possessing methamphetamine (two counts) and alprazolam, tampering with evidence, and evading arrest.

Brazos County Assistant District Attorney Kara Comte said Cocino “was playing a major role in the amount of methamphetamine being brought into this county.”
