Local Man In And Out Of The Brazos County Jail Three Times This Month On A Total Of Eight Charges

For the third time this month, a local man is in and out of the Brazos County jail.

34 year old Brandon Castro, who according to jail records has lived in both Bryan and College Station, was first arrested December 8 on a charge of family violence assault causing bodily injury, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest.

After posting bond, Castro was arrested December 12 on a charge of violating a protection order.

After posting a second bond, Castro was arrested December 19 on charges of violating a protection order and evading arrest three times.

Castro was released December 22 after posting bonds totaling $17,000 dollars.

WTAW News has asked the district attorney’s office to see if the same victim is involved in all three cases.
