Local Arrests On Charges of Drug Possession, Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon, and Assaulting A Juvenile Detention Inmate

A Bryan police arrest report says an undercover drug buy led to the search of a home where officers found enough THC oil to fill at least 1,500 vape pens. 21 year old Jorge Fajardo Jr. was charged with manufacturing and delivery of more than three pounds of THC oil and smaller quantities of THC wax, THC edibles, marijuana, ecstasy, and mushrooms. Officers also seized an undisclosed amount of cash, two computers, and the raw materials to produce vaping devices. Fajardo, who was arrested last Saturday night (June 1), remains jailed as of June 4th in lieu of bonds totaling $46,000 dollars.

A Bryan woman’s 15th trip to the Brazos County jail in four years is on a charge of a domestic violence related stabbing. The Bryan police arrest report says a man was treated at the scene for cuts to his right hand and right wrist with a kitchen knife. 43 year old Yessennia Sala, who was booked in the Brazos County jail June 1st on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, remains held as of June 4th in lieu of a $30,000 dollar bond. Online court records say she is awaiting two criminal trials on charges of violating protection orders last year. And in those cases, jail records show bond has been raised to $20,000 dollars.

A 17 year old being held in the Brazos County juvenile detention center returns to the adult jail. It is the second booking in three months for Laderrian Perry Jr. An arrest report from the sheriff’s office says video inside juvenile detention shows Perry hit a 14 year in the face during a card game. Perry, who was charged with injury to a child with the intent to cause serious bodily injury, remains held as of June 4th in lieu of a $75,000 dollar bond. Online jail records shows Perry was released April 3rd after serving four months on undisclosed juvenile cases. The sheriff’s arrest report did not disclose the reason Perry was in juvenile detention at the time of the May 31st incident.
