College Station Police investigators are still reviewing digital evidence seized associated with the arrest of a local man accused of improper photography.
Officer Rhonda Seaton says a shopper at Wal-Mart reported hearing the click of a cell phone camera as she was bent over to pick up something off the floor.
The victim says she turned around, the accused told her he was sorry, then he ran out of the store.
Seaton says the victim got a picture of the suspect from Wal-Mart security and also filed a police report.
The victim returned to CSPD after a co-worker identified who was in the Wal-Mart picture.

With a search warrant, police seized to the suspect’s home and seized four cell phones, two laptops, and other digital media.

Arrested was 24 year old Gerren Young of College Station, who is out of jail after posting bond.
