The Houston Texans have fired head coach/general manager Bill O’Brien following an 0-4 start to the season.
O’Brien, who was in his seventh year as head coach and second as GM, leaves Houston with a 52-48 overall record and four AFC South titles.
The organization says assistant Romeo Crennel will be promoted to interim head coach for the rest of the 2020 season.
The Texans lost Sunday’s home tilt against the Minnesota Vikings, 31-23.
