Houston Man Pleads Guilty To Six Crimes In Brazos County District Court

A Houston man arrested by College Station police three times over a two year period admits in Brazos County district court to two felony and four misdemeanor crimes.

33 year old Jumond Henderson and the district attorney’s office reached a plea agreement where the controlling punishment is four years for the felonies of family violence assault with prior convictions from January of 2023 and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon that took place in April of 2023.

Court records also show Henderson entered guilty pleas for misdemeanors of violating a protection order in November 2024, interfering with a 9-1-1 call in January 2023, and unlawful carrying of a weapon and possessing marijuana in April 2023.
