Bond has been lowered and a Navasota man accused of manslaughter outside a bar in south Brazos County is out of jail.

The bond for 27 year old Brandon Richardson was originally set at $100,000 dollars. It was lowered to $20,000 with special conditions and Richardson was released on Friday.

Richardson was ordered to not have contact with the victims family, he doesn’t enter any bars, and he must wear a GPS monitor.

Richardson was arrested for firing shots in the parking lot of a bar south of Millican two weeks ago that killed 22 year old Brice Bennett of Brenham.

Brazos County Sheriff Chris Kirk says he doesn’t expect any other arrests. Kirk adds investigators continue to track down those in a crowd estimated at over 100 in the parking lot of Neal’s Hideway when shots were fired the early morning of October 22nd.
