A former Bryan resident admits in Brazos County district court to recording video of a 16 year old girl inside a Walmart dressing room who was in the process of putting on a bikini.

26 year old Homar Padilla also pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to promote child pornography.

In a plea agreement with the district attorney’s office, Padilla was sentenced to five years on the pornography charge and 15 months for the recording. Both sentences will be served at the same time.

The plea agreement also requires Padilla to register as a sex offender and he waived his right of appeal for all purposes.

The College Station police arrest report from the incident in May of 2023 said the girl saw a hand slide a phone into her dressing room. The teen grabbed the phone, which was recording video. Padilla told the victim’s mother that he was recording a TikTok video.
