The last of the criminal charges from the mass workplace shooting in Bryan in April of 2021 have been addressed.
31 year old Larry Bollin of Iola and the Brazos County district attorney’s office entered a plea agreement that results in another life prison sentence.
Bollin admitted to attempted capital murder of five co-workers and five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon were dismissed.
Bollin also agreed to not filing appeals in those cases or the murder of a sixth co-worker.
Bollin, who also admitted to the attempted capital murder of a DPS trooper in Grimes County, will be eligible for parole in 30 years.
