Friday Morning Drug Bust In College Station

The College Station police department and Brazos County sheriff’s office executed a search warrant in College Station Friday morning (May 16) that resulted in the arrest of two people on drug charges.

An undisclosed amount of cocaine and ecstasy was found in an apartment on Autumn Circle from the search that began around 5:20 in the morning.

A CSPD news release said the search was the result of an investigation into narcotics sales at that location.

The news release also says the drug charges will be enhanced because the apartment is located in a drug free zone.

As of Friday afternoon, bond was not set for 47 year old James Toney and 51 year old Neiandra Washington of College Station.

Toney was arrested on two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and theft of a gun.

Washington was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

A third person in the apartment at the time of the search was not arrested.

Multiple CSPD units involved in the search included SWAT officers.

News release from College Station police:

On Friday, May 16st, 2025, the College Station Special Investigations Unit, in conjunction with the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office, obtained an evidentiary search warrant for a residence in the 1000 block of Autumn Cir, College Station, Texas. This was the result of an investigation into narcotics sales at that location.

The search warrant was executed at the property in the early hours of 5/16/25, by the College Station SWAT team. Three adults, were located on scene, including James Earl Toney “JT” BM DOB: 4/28/1978, and Neiandra Washington BF DOB: 8/10/1973. The third person was found to be a guest and was released with no charges.

The following items were recovered during the evidentiary search:
• Cocaine
• Ecstasy pills
• A stolen Sig-Sauer P365 pistol

Toney and Washington were both arrested. Toney was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1, 4g>200g, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG2, 4g>400g, Theft of a Firearm. Washington was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG2, 1>4g. All drug charges will be enhanced due to being in a drug free zone. Toney and Washington are currently incarcerated in the Brazos County Jail.

The College Station Special Investigations Unit was assisted by the College Station Police Department’s Community Enhancement Unit, SWAT Team, Hostage Negotiations Team, and Canine Unit, along with the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigations Division.
